Sales Specialist
Your responsibilities
•Identification of optimization projects within SLS OE and adjacent functional areas with the following steps:
- Identification and Development of optimization approaches
- Definition, alignment, and approval of optimization approaches
- Executing the improvement projects
- Documentation of existing workflows and processes
- Preparation, design, and delivery of training sessions
•Optimization projects may include processes, tools, documents, SAP applications, etc.
•Review of developed and rolled-out optimization approaches within Sales OE and other functional areas
•Identification of need and definition of reports on internal sales KPIs and dashboards, as well as their maintenance and updates, e.g. using Power BI
•Execution of tasks related to data analysis and data preparation (e.g., BW reports for sales planning)
Your profile
•1-2 years previous experience in customer-oriented services;
•University degree
•SAP knowledge (modules SD, MM and FI);
•Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing) ;
•Medium German knowledge represents an advantage;
•Good Microsoft Office skills including Power-BI; Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
•Accurate, rigorous and meticulous person with structured work discipline;
•Reliable and process-oriented way of working;
•Planning skills, ability to efficiently organize activity, compliance with deadlines;
•Communication skills and customer-oriented;
•Automotive background is an advantage.
