Customer Service Analyst
Your responsibilities
Perform specific back-office sales activities;
Offers support for specific processes like: order processing, pricing, general costumers discussions;
Process customer orders in SAP and deliver information to the departments involved;
Introduce and compare price information received from customers with internal data base and create price overviews;
Identify price irregularities following defined rules;
Perform price differences (credit/debit notes)
Check customer portals for updated information;
Create invoices in SAP and provide them to customers;
Create the connection between customer material and our own materials
Continuous updating and communication with the team leader about current customer requests and open topics.
Your profile
1-2 years previous experience in customer service;
University degree
SAP knowledge (modules SD, MM and FI);
Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing) ;
Medium German knowledge represents an advantage;
Good Microsoft Office skills;
Accurate, rigorous and meticulous person with structured work discipline;
Reliable and process-oriented way of working;
Planning skills, ability to efficiently organize activity, compliance with deadlines;
Communication skills and customer-oriented;
Automotive background is an advantage.
