Profile

· You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification and have already gained substantial professional experience,  ideally at an automotive supplier.

· You are experienced in using SAP and common MS Office applications and have business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

· Personally, you are characterized by your strong communication skills; in addition, you are open to new and diverse tasks and remain composed even in busy work situations.

· You are highly organized and stand out due to your independent and motivated working style.

· Enjoyment of successful teamwork and willingness to travel for work complete your profile.

Responsabilities:

- Responsible for contract management (negotiation, implementation and execution) with suppliers 

- Responsible for global supplier selection, definition of the supplier pool used within the commodity 

- Development of potentials and generation of savings in coordination with the respective regions / specialist departments (e.g. VA/VE measures) 

- Implementing the commodity strategy and ensuring implementation and continuous optimization 

- Collaboration with cross-functional partners; driver for cross-functional collab-oration (e.g. lead function in cloverleaf teams)
