Ideal Candidate

• Graduate of a Technical University
• 1–3 years of experience in managing automotive production activities
• Knowledge of control plans, PPAP, problem-solving methods, and 8D is a plus
• Proficiency in English and/or German is an advantage
• Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Solid leadership abilities

Job Description

• Coordinate daily production activities
• Analyze production plans and schedules
• Ensure production targets are met on time
• Contribute to the optimization of production processes
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
• Support the launch of new production projects
• Plan and allocate resources to meet production indicators
